Welcome to our Supplier Registration Portal. Our commitment to supplier diversity is important because it allows us to expand our supplier network, partner with new suppliers and positively impact the health, vitality and growth of the communities where we live, work and do business. Our online supplier registration process is designed to help identify potential suppliers for procurement opportunities. We search for reliable suppliers who can help us deliver exceptional services, products and experiences to our members. And, this portal does that – it connects suppliers with the Bank’s designated sourcing representatives.

While registration via SupplierGATEWAY does not guarantee procurement transactions, we will utilize the supplier database to search for qualified vendors, as future needs arise. In order to register on the portal, you’ll need:

    • Your company's contact information
    • Tax ID number

How to Register

Once you register, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If there is a need for your products and/or services, you may be contacted by one of our designated sourcing representatives.

By registering, you agree:

    •   To share the information provided with employees of the Bank and others who access or subscribe to the SupplierGATEWAY database. There should be no expectation of confidentiality or privacy with respect to this information.
    •   That there is no obligation on your part of the Bank’s part to enter into an agreement for services/products.
    •   That your information will remain in our database for future access until you chose to remove it.

What You Need to Know To Register

   1 .   Before completing the Supplier Registration Profile form, be sure you have the following information:
            •    An overview of your company history and capabilities
            •    A listing of your products/services
            •    NAICS/SIC codes
            •    Details on your service area(s) and/or where your products are available

   2 .   Because members of our team will have the ability to review and evaluate your company for potential business opportunities, it is important to include all of your company's capabilities and certifications. An incomplete profile may hinder capability searches. Once you have registered, you can access the portal any time to update your profile. A supplier company will be contacted only if its capability profile matches a current procurement need.
   3 .   To begin the online registration, click on the Potential Suppliers registration link on the right-side of the screen. The registration process should take less than 15 minutes. If you experience technical issues during the registration process, please contact the support group at: support@suppliergateway.zendesk.com or click on the red "support" tab to the left.
